Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through fearofgodr.shop are processed, shipped and delivered.

By placing an order on fearofgodr.shop, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Shipping Cost

fearofgodr.shop provides free standard shipping on all orders accepted through our website.

Customers will not be charged a standard shipping fee, regardless of the order value or number of products purchased.

No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free standard shipping.

2. Delivery Destinations

We deliver orders to the destinations made available during checkout.

If a country, region or postcode cannot be selected or accepted at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to that destination.

Certain remote locations, islands, restricted areas, military addresses, post office boxes or locations outside standard carrier service areas may be unavailable or may require additional delivery time.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if delivery to the address provided is not reasonably possible.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timeframe for standard shipping is:

15–20 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed.

This timeframe includes normal order processing and transit time.

The delivery estimate begins after:

  • payment has been successfully authorised;

  • the order has been accepted;

  • the customer’s shipping information has been verified; and

  • an order confirmation has been sent.

The 15–20-day timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee of delivery on a specific date. However, we will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the stated period.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally reviewed and prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible after payment confirmation.

Order processing may include:

  • payment verification;

  • fraud-prevention checks;

  • confirmation of product availability;

  • verification of the shipping address;

  • product inspection;

  • packaging; and

  • transfer of the parcel to the delivery carrier.

Processing is included within the estimated 15–20 calendar-day delivery period.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or unusually busy promotional periods may begin processing on the next available business day.

5. Order Confirmation

After an order is successfully placed, the customer will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

The order confirmation will include relevant order information, such as:

  • the order number;

  • products purchased;

  • billing information;

  • shipping information;

  • order value; and

  • contact details for customer support.

Customers should review the order confirmation immediately and contact us if any information is incorrect.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched. We may contact the customer if additional verification is required.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent after the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after the shipping confirmation is issued. This is because the carrier may need time to collect, scan and register the parcel in its tracking system.

Tracking updates are supplied by the relevant carrier. Temporary gaps between tracking scans do not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.

Not every destination or shipping service provides full door-to-door tracking. Where complete tracking is unavailable, we will provide the shipping information reasonably available to us.

7. Delivery Carriers

Orders may be delivered by different postal services, courier companies or logistics partners depending on:

  • the delivery destination;

  • product availability;

  • parcel size and weight;

  • operational requirements; and

  • the carrier network available for the relevant address.

We may select or change the carrier without prior notice, provided that this does not reduce the customer’s statutory rights.

Customers cannot normally select a specific carrier unless that option is expressly offered during checkout.

8. Multiple Parcels

An order containing multiple products may be divided into separate parcels.

This may occur when:

  • products are prepared at different fulfilment locations;

  • products become available at different times;

  • items have different packaging requirements;

  • parcel size or weight restrictions apply; or

  • separate shipment will reduce the risk of further delay.

Separate parcels may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees when an order is divided into multiple parcels.

9. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within 15–20 calendar days, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

  • severe weather;

  • natural disasters;

  • transport disruption;

  • carrier network congestion;

  • customs or border inspections;

  • public holidays;

  • strikes or industrial action;

  • public emergencies;

  • government restrictions;

  • security checks;

  • unusually high order volumes;

  • inaccurate or incomplete addresses;

  • failed delivery attempts; or

  • other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where we become aware of a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information supplied with the order.

A temporary delay does not automatically mean that the order has been lost.

10. Orders Not Delivered Within the Estimated Period

If an order has not arrived within 20 calendar days after order confirmation, the customer should contact:

info@fearofgodr.shop

The customer should include:

  • their full name;

  • order number;

  • shipping address;

  • email address used for the order; and

  • a description of the delivery issue.

We will review the order information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or logistics provider to investigate.

Customers should allow a reasonable period for the carrier investigation to be completed. We will keep the customer informed where meaningful updates are available.

Nothing in this policy restricts the customer’s statutory rights where an order is not delivered within the agreed delivery period.

11. Essential Delivery Dates

Customers should contact us before placing an order if delivery by a specific date is essential.

Unless fearofgodr.shop expressly agrees in writing that delivery by a particular date is guaranteed, the standard 15–20 calendar-day delivery timeframe will apply.

We are not responsible for missed events, appointments, holidays or other personal deadlines where guaranteed delivery by a specific date was not expressly agreed before the order was placed.

This section does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

The shipping information should include:

  • the recipient’s full name;

  • house or building number;

  • street name;

  • apartment, unit or floor number where applicable;

  • town or city;

  • county or region where applicable;

  • postcode;

  • country;

  • telephone number where requested; and

  • an accessible email address.

fearofgodr.shop is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or incorrectly formatted information supplied by the customer.

13. Address Changes

Customers who need to change their delivery address must contact us immediately at:

info@fearofgodr.shop

An address change is not guaranteed.

We can normally change an address only if:

  • the request is received before dispatch;

  • the order has not entered final processing;

  • the carrier label has not already been issued; and

  • the new address is within an available delivery area.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Customers should not rely solely on a message requesting an address change. An address has only been successfully changed when fearofgodr.shop confirms the change in writing.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is delayed, returned or lost because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer should contact us promptly.

Where a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we will review the circumstances and inform the customer of the available resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:

  • correcting the address and arranging another shipment;

  • issuing a refund where appropriate; or

  • cancelling the order.

Any action taken will remain subject to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the order.

15. Failed Delivery Attempts

The carrier may attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may:

  • leave the parcel in a safe place;

  • deliver it to a neighbour;

  • take it to a local collection point;

  • attempt delivery again;

  • leave delivery instructions; or

  • return it to the sender.

The exact procedure depends on the carrier and the delivery location.

Customers are responsible for reviewing tracking information and collecting parcels from designated collection points within the period specified by the carrier.

16. Refused or Uncollected Parcels

A parcel may be returned if:

  • the recipient refuses delivery;

  • the parcel is not collected;

  • the carrier cannot access the property;

  • the recipient cannot be identified;

  • the address does not exist;

  • delivery restrictions prevent completion; or

  • repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

If a parcel is returned, the customer should contact info@fearofgodr.shop.

We will review the order and advise whether redelivery, cancellation or a refund is available.

17. Safe-Place Deliveries

Where permitted by the carrier, a parcel may be left in a safe place or delivered to another person at the address.

Customers who provide safe-place instructions accept the ordinary risks associated with leaving a parcel in the selected location, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

The carrier may disregard safe-place instructions if it reasonably considers the proposed location unsafe, inaccessible or unsuitable.

18. Delivery to Another Person

An order may be treated as delivered when it is received by:

  • the customer;

  • a person identified by the customer;

  • another person present at the delivery address;

  • a nominated neighbour;

  • a reception desk;

  • building management;

  • an authorised collection point; or

  • another third party nominated by the customer.

The risk of accidental loss or damage remains with fearofgodr.shop until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, except where the customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by us.

19. Lost Parcels

A parcel will not automatically be classified as lost merely because tracking has not recently updated or the estimated delivery date has passed.

If a parcel may be lost, we may ask the carrier to conduct an investigation.

The customer may be asked to:

  • confirm the shipping address;

  • check with household members;

  • check with neighbours;

  • check safe locations around the property;

  • contact the local delivery office;

  • provide a written non-receipt confirmation; or

  • provide other information reasonably required for the investigation.

Where an order is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to product availability, applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

20. Damaged Parcels

Customers should inspect parcels and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, the customer should contact:

info@fearofgodr.shop

The customer should provide:

  • their order number;

  • a description of the damage;

  • photographs of the outer packaging;

  • photographs of the shipping label;

  • photographs of the damaged product; and

  • any other relevant information.

Customers should retain the product, packaging and shipping label until the matter has been reviewed.

Damage claims will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

21. Missing Products

If an order arrives with a product missing, the customer should first check whether the order was divided into multiple parcels.

Where separate shipments are used, the remaining items may still be in transit.

If no additional parcel is shown or the remaining delivery does not arrive, the customer should contact info@fearofgodr.shop with the order number and details of the missing product.

22. Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a product that they did not order, they should contact info@fearofgodr.shop as soon as reasonably possible.

The customer should not use, alter or dispose of the incorrect product before receiving instructions.

Where we sent the wrong product, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

23. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact:

info@fearofgodr.shop

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

We will attempt to process the cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or shipment has begun.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may need to receive the parcel and follow the applicable return procedure.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation rights available to consumers.

24. Delivery Restrictions

We do not knowingly ship products to destinations where delivery would violate applicable laws, carrier restrictions, trade restrictions or safety requirements.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where:

  • delivery is prohibited;

  • a product is restricted at the destination;

  • the address cannot be verified;

  • the carrier cannot service the location;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • payment cannot be verified; or

  • fulfilling the order would expose fearofgodr.shop or its service providers to legal or security risks.

If an order is cancelled and payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

25. Customs and Import Procedures

Some orders delivered across national borders may be inspected or processed by customs or other government authorities.

Customs procedures may cause delays that are outside our reasonable control.

Customers must provide accurate information where customs or delivery authorities reasonably require it.

Any applicable taxes, duties or other mandatory charges will be handled in accordance with the information presented during checkout and applicable law. We will not add undisclosed standard shipping charges after an order has been placed.

26. Public Holidays and Peak Periods

Orders placed during or immediately before public holidays, seasonal sales or other high-volume periods may require additional processing or transit time.

Peak periods may include:

  • Christmas and New Year;

  • Black Friday and Cyber Monday;

  • public holidays;

  • major promotional events;

  • carrier capacity restrictions; and

  • periods of severe weather or transport disruption.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimise delays and communicate material changes when possible.

27. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate shipping information;

  • reviewing order confirmation emails;

  • monitoring available tracking updates;

  • responding to carrier communications;

  • ensuring reasonable access to the delivery address;

  • collecting parcels within the carrier’s collection period; and

  • informing us promptly about delivery problems.

Failure to complete these steps may delay delivery or result in a parcel being returned.

28. Consumer Delivery Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or restricts any mandatory rights available under UK consumer law.

Where goods are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, the customer may have the right to:

  • request delivery within an additional appropriate period;

  • cancel the order in circumstances permitted by law;

  • receive a refund where legally required; or

  • pursue another remedy available under applicable law.

Whether immediate cancellation is available may depend on factors such as whether delivery by the agreed date was essential or whether the trader refused to deliver.

29. Refunds Relating to Delivery Problems

Where a refund is approved because an order was cancelled, lost, undeliverable or not supplied, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

30. Changes to This Shipping Policy

fearofgodr.shop may update this Shipping Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in:

  • delivery services;

  • fulfilment procedures;

  • carrier arrangements;

  • website operations;

  • legal requirements; or

  • customer service practices.

The version applying to an order will normally be the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.

The latest version will be published on fearofgodr.shop with an updated revision date.
